Hold your first online meeting right now

Start your meeting

Just enter a topic, choose a password (which will be emailed to your attendees), set the date and time of the meeting if it's in the future, and select or enter the email addresses of those you want to attend. Email invitations will include a link your attendees can click on to join the meeting.

Join a web meeting

Your attendees (and yourself) will receive an email with the meeting password (if required) and a link. Clicking on the link opens a browser, where they will enter their name, email address, and password (if required). Optionally, they can go to your branded meeting site (yourcompany.webex.com) and find the meeting if they do not have the orginal email with them. As your attendees join the meeting, you'll see their name appear on the attendees list and you can begin talking.

Sharing documents and presentations

Select the document or presentation you want to share and all attendees can see what you see, whether or not they have the application in which it was created installed on their computer. You can annotate the document or allow others to annotate if you choose. If someone else has a document to share, you can allow them to share their own files. No one can see anything on your computer that you don't share, so you don't need to worry about security and privacy issues.
