Set security and usage policies

Security and usage policies can be set at the domain level and for individual users or groups. Settings for VoIP, video, desktop share, and file transfer capabilities as well as premium service usage and virus scanning let you enforce corporate policies easily.

Easily add and manage users

Role-based usage policies let you easily control who can do what. Add, delete or update user information individually or in batch-mode. Streamline screen name and password administration by using Active Directory synchronization.

Integrate live voice, video and data

Easily move from text chat to voice to a WebEx online meeting. Add new participants to your chat or meeting with drag-and-drop, merge two chat sessions into one, and use your Outlook address book to add new contacts to your list.

Use video to enhance communication

Use video to enhance the feel of an in-person meeting. Drag and drop additional users to add them to your video call. To add people not on your contact list, just enter their screen name in the Quick Contacts field and drag it to the chat window.

Stay on top of appointments

Use the tabbed interface and Outlook integration to see your upcoming appointments and meetings at a glance. You can quickly see which appointments are WebEx online meetings, invite new participants, send meeting reminders, and schedule new online meetings—all from within the WebEx AIM Pro client.

Share your desktop at the click of a mouse

For quick ad-hoc sharing, just click the share tab and start sharing your desktop. Share presentations, spreadsheets, web browsers and more. Annotate and draw attention to key points with the annotation tools. Pass control to other participants and they can share information from their desktops or you can give them control over your own desktop.
